A terminally ill mum’s funeral will be paid for thanks to Through The Fight.
Lindsey Gates, 40, who grew up in Waltham Abbey, was diagnosed with four brain tumours earlier this year and told she had months to live.
And, after friends of the mum of two raised thousands for her family’s dream holiday to Florida, a fall in the bathroom and a broken leg meant she was stranded in the States.
Community interest company Through The Fight, quickly took up her cause, and the money raised will go towards her funeral.
